Trial Balance changes after account period was closed

What would cause the balances in a closed accounting period to change?  Specifically, the Total Invoice Aging Balance. We are seeing a decrease in that balance now compared to what the balance was when we initially closed the period.

Re: Trial Balance changes after account period was closed

Hi @ebiehl

Zuora automatically runs a trial balance when you close an accounting period. After this, data cannot be changed.  The data can only change if you reopen the accounting period and make adjustments.   Please click here for more information on Trial Balances.

The Total Invoice Aging Balance describes the sum of all outstanding invoices and debit memo amounts within the aging bucket.  Your balance discrepency is likely due incoming payments coming in on your account, which will update the aging buckets.

Please DM me and I can explain further.  Thanks!
