Exclude migrated Transactions from Journal Run

Hi, we are migrating Invoice,CreditMemo and Payments from Legacy accounting system in an opened accounting period in Zuora. We would like to exclude all related transactions from Journal run. Is there a simple way to accomplish this task? We have almost finished all slots for segment + segmentation rules.

We are looking for a non custom way. Of course we could create a segment on each transaction and populate custom filed accordingly and using a workflow we can exclude journal entries from final report.
