My Accounting period Balances tab > Accounts Receivable Aging Balances Summary doesn't match my Invoice Aging Report, why?
If you have Invoice Settlement (Credit and Debit Memos) enabled in your environment, your Accounting Period Balances tab > Accounts Receivable Aging Balances will include Invoices and Debit Memos. You can click on the Download Aging Detail link and it will allow you to download an Account Aging Report, Invoice aging report, and Debit memo report. Please see the screenshots below.
