Account Aging report- Fulled applied account in 'unapplied payment'
An account comes on an Account Aging report as having an 'unapplied payment' however the payment in question is fulled applied. Why is this showing up on the Account Aging report?
The payment application effective date is achieved as of the invoice date. In this scenario, the invoice date is 03/01/2020 and hence, the payment application effective date is 03/01/2020.
The balance in the aging file is the balance as of February. The balance is Zero as of March 03/01/2020.
