Value in a customer loyalty & retention cloud integrated with Zuora?
Hey all, I'm looking for some feedback from the wider Zuora user community
At HTK, we're considering a Zuora Connect integration for our Horizon platform.
This would enable CRM data, Zuora subscription data, Zuora Insights, real-time events and subscribers' behavioural data to be used directly in a traditional points-based loyalty program, a more modern "gamified" customer retention program and all kinds of other multi-channel customer engagemnet that's focused on retaining and growing your best subscribers.
QUESTION: Do you think an extended Zuora "loyalty" capability would be a useful thing?
