What’s New in Community?

We’ve added some new features in the Community to help streamline things and improve your search results.

 

Search Tips

  1. Click on the right tab
  2. The search tip window will fly out with suggestions on how to refine your search.
  3. Anything missing? Let us know!

Now you can see "Accepted Solutions" and "Unanswered Questions" in discussion forums (see image below). The default is “All Posts” and to toggle between the different filters, simply click on the different tabs.

 

These filters are a great way for you to scan through solved posts as well as give you a chance to take a shot at helping another Zuora user with their question.

We have a lot of Community-related programs and groups that don’t really fit the other navigation items:

We’ll be adding the Guru Lounge and Zuora Community User Meetups shortly.
