SSO with the Subscriber Self-Care Portal
Hi,
Can we enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for the Self-Care Portal deployed in a tenant? Auth0 is the preferred SSO service to be used.
Thanks,
Tirtha

Re: SSO with the Subscriber Self-Care Portal
Yes we do support SSO including Auth0, Okta, and JWT. The engineering team will have to help with the setup on the portal side. To initiate this process and schedule the integration you need to enter a ticket with uora support.

Re: SSO with the Subscriber Self-Care Portal
Hi @Roben
How will SSO integration work when each user in the portal must tie to a contact in Zuora?
Do we have to pre-setup all users in the Subscriber Portal? or can SSO send through details like Zuora Contact Email?

Re: SSO with the Subscriber Self-Care Portal
SSO has to send data through, otherwise the system wouldn't know which user is requesting access. Yes, you can link through the email address. There are also options for other fields. This is not currently self service and should be planned with the engineering team to help make that link.

Re: SSO with the Subscriber Self-Care Portal
Can you clarify whether that SSO linkage is a one-time setup? A related question, can SSO be used to authenticate into the Subscriber Care Portal within an iframe? E.g. external platform that links to the portal via iframe, authenticate via SSO.

Re: SSO with the Subscriber Self-Care Portal
Yes it is a one time setup for each environment you have. There is no technical limitation I am aware of that would prevent an iFrame from working. But, this has never been tested and I cannot say completely that it would work.
