mass upload payment

The feature "Invoice Settlement" has already been enabled in my tenant.

But I still don't know how to use it to mass upload payment.

Currently, Mass Payment Upload available only for REST API. Please see the below screenshot and reference link.

FYI, When you are navigating to the below section, you can't find Mass Payment Upload now
