Question: I have a 12 month subscription with 2 monthly recurring charges and 1monthly fixed amount discount charge. We generated the first invoice as below.
Then we cancelled the subscription with cancellation date as 08/20/2018 and generated the final invoice as below.
Why didn’t I get the credit for the prorated discount in the final invoice?

Zuora has an ability to provide the credit for prorated discounts. There is a backend feature named as "Credit for proration discount” which gives this behavior. This feature is in Limited Availability. If you wish to have access to the feature, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.
