Why GatewayResponse :"Unable to sale"?

In a specific scenario customer was receiving below error during payment creation:

The payment transaction response is received from gateway, hence please extract the Payment transaction logs for the Transaction ID. Please reference the Transaction ID to get further details on the Response message returned from payment gateway: Nets.

 

Please follow below steps to extract the Payment transaction logs from Data Exports

 

1. Goto the UI and click "Reporting", (left navigation pane)
2. Click on the "Data Sources"
3. Select "Refund Transaction Log" as the "Data Source"
4. Select All "Refund Transaction Log" fields.
5. In the Filters section, select filter based on your requirement.
6. Click "Export"
