Why Are We Unable to Set the Product Rate Plan Charges to Bill in Arrears?

QUESTION:

After enabling Recurring Billing in Arrears for us in our tenant, we are unable to select the radio button "Billing in Arrears" for existing Product Rate Plan Charges.

SOLUTION:

Once we've enabled Recurring Billing in Arrears, any previously created Product Rate Plan Charges which are in use, can't be edited from Billing In Advance to Billing in Arrears.

This means that only for any newly created Product Rate Plan Charges, the Billing Timing will be editable once it's created and can be changed anytime thereafter.

SOLUTION:
