Question: I am working with NetSuite support on an issue, the script is working perfectly on their end as well, but they are not sure why it’s not being triggered. NetSuite support is asking for the ‘XML Request’ that is being used on your end. This request reaches out to get the Data from the Web Services. Where do I find the XML?

Answer: To retrieve NetSuite Web Services logs please open menu Setup > Integration > Web Services Usage Logs. Filter can be specified to limit specific operation, time or record type. For example for saved search retrieval issue "search" action can be selected.
