Unexpected tax code was applied onto a customer account

Question or Problem Statement:
A tax code was applied on a customer account unexpectedly. For example, Customers address is 7075 CAMPUS DR, Suite 102, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80920, United States. But they are being charged with California taxes. Why?

Solution:
a).Check where the tax comes from? By ZTax, ZConnect apps or API calls? You can review the tax code by going to Billing --> Setup Taxation Codes --> Tax Engine


b).Pull out TaxationItems created by user with Data Source Export. So that we can see who created the TaxationItems.


c).If the TaxationItems were created by API calls, please contact your Zuora administrator.


d).If the TaxationItems were created by ZTax or ZConnect apps, please contact support team.
