Troubleshooting Bill Runs - On Demand Usage is not billed

Some usages stay in "pending process" status and are not processed by a bill run.
Usage's start date is between the last bill run date and the date set for the bill I run

You can see 2 usages remaining in "pending" status even after performing a bill run.

How these 2 usages can be taken into account with a bill run?

Re: Troubleshooting Bill Runs - On Demand Usage is not billed

The usage start/end date is 20-May-2017,

and the current Period [ 19-May , 20-June [  is not closed

The BillRun target date to bill this On demand usage can be the next day: 21-May or later.

In your case it also appears that usage Charge is provisionned on a TERMED Subscription, with :

- Next renewal date = 19-May-2017

- Auto renew = NO

You first have to renew this Subscription, before to launch a billRun with target date on 21-MAY to bill the on demand usage
