I am having issues with reporting the data we need using the reporting or data sources tool.
Looking for a report that shows
1. Invoice Date
2. Invoice Number
3. Account Name
4. Type: Was this a new subscriprion, seats add/removed, renewal or cancellation
4. Invoice Amount
5. # of Seats
6. Term Start Date (will vary from subscription start if seats added during contract term)
7. Term End Date
8. MRR Added
9. Subscription Start Date
10. Subscription End Date
If I use invoice line item reporting it shows multiple lines for 1 invoice and that data is difficult to digest/summarize.
Basically try to get the data to show how our business is doing daily/weekly and what area the $s are coming from.
