Suspend a subscription
I need to suspend a customers subscription, however I do not see the option when following the instructions from the knowledge center. Is this a feature in which I must request access?

Yes. There is a feature that needs to be enabled in order to suspend a subscription Please submit a ticket with your tenant id and we can assist you further.
