Reconciling PayPal express checkout cancelled payments

We recently setup the PayPal Express Checkout gateway and I'm having trouble reconciling cancelled payments. Zuora shows these payments as processed but if I look the transaction up in PayPal it is cancelled and the funds have been returned to the customer. These cancelled payments just don't show up in PayPal reporting so its very difficult to reconcile. 

 

Does anyone have ideas on how to deal with these cancelled payments in PayPal?

Could you please confirm if you are using the feature of Payment Gateway Reconciliation in Zuora. If yes, it would be great if you could private message me your TenantId and sample payment.
