Mail still sent to deactived tenant admin

Known Issue:  Customer has a deactived tenant admin, however, customer still found mail sending to this deactived admin user to nofify him that another user is reactive on recently.

Proposed solution: notification email only send to actived user.

 

Workaround: suggested the customer to change the account role from admin to standard user or only UI access.
