[KNOWN ISSUE]: Cannot complete the pending Order when Account BCD is Auto-set
Known Issue: The pending Order cannot be completed when Account BCD is Auto-set due to error "Invalid billing cycle day of charge: DefaultFromCustomer, Month".
Workaround: Update the Account Billing Cycle Day to a valid day of the month(not use auto set) and create a new order. For the existing order, it needs to be deleted and recreated after Account Billing Cycle Day to a valid day.
Status: Engineering team is already aware of the issue and planning to fix it in the future release. We cannot provide the ETA of the fix yet.
