[KNOWN ISSUE]Can't send to "All Account Contacts" using "To Email" in event "Manual Email Invoice"

Issue Description:

When click button "To Email" from an invoice detail page, the invoice will not be sent to "All Account Contacts" if the notification of event "Manual Email for Invoice" is configured as below:

 

To Email: All Account Contacts

Cc Email: some other value but not All Account Contacts

 

Workaround:

The workaround of this issue is to specify "All Account Contacts" as the value of "Cc Email".

 Hi Yolanda - we are trying to find a way to make sure that invoices are sent to ALL created account contacts (not just the Bill To and emails in the 'Additional Emails') during the 'Invoice Posted Manually' event. 

 

Is this noted workaround a solution here, that we can just type in 'All Account Contacts' to that cc field? Thanks.

There is 'All Account Contacts' as picklist option of CC fileds of Email Template.

By the way, I think that this issue has already solved. I tested it under the following conditions. As a result, e-mail arrived at All Contact email addresses.

- Account has 3 Contacts: "Bill To", "Sold To", other one.
  - All Contacts have different Work Email from each other.
- Invoice Posted Email Template:
  - "To Email": "All Account Contacts"
  - "CC Email": "Bill To Contact" ... That is, I am not using Workaround.

- and, Click "email invoice" button on Invoice detail page.
  - Check the box "Use Email Template Setting"
