Question:
We noticed that if the price in Zuora is set as 3 decimals, then eventually the charge on the invoice will be rounded up. See the screenshot below. is it expected behavior or is there anywhere we can adjust it?

Answer:
It is expected behavior. In "Customize Currencies" under "Billing Settings" you can see that decimal places are set to 2 by default. Since we have only 2 decimal places, we need to round up the value to a greater or lesser one. We can set Rounding through "Rounding Mode" & "Rounding Increment" under "Customize Currencies" setting as per our requirement. Please refer to the below screenshot.
