Solution:

If you are getting below error in the Payment Method Updater batch jobs for CyberSource gateway means your CyberSource business center username or password are invalid.


Please verify the same, login into CyberSource Business Center to validate if your username/password in Zuora updater setup page are correct, and save latest username password in Zuora updater setup page.

 

Error Message: Updater Declined the Request. CyberSource HTTP Status: 403 - Forbidden.

 

Please note: The batch stays in Processing status for several days. When batch fails in submitting or retrieving stage, it stays in Processing status. It will be automatically retried. After max retry times are exceeded, batch is changed to Error status. By default, the max retry times is 3.
