How do I change the From and Reply to emails in any email notification?

 

Is there a way to update the from and reply to email addresses for these notices going out from Zuora to our customers? Currently it's set to support@zuora.com for both, and that limits how much followup our clients can have directly with us.

The From and Reply To email addresses can be edited in the Notifications section of the specific notification you want to edit. This can be performed in the billing, payments and finance email notification settings. Keep in mind, the billing, payments and finance sections each have their own notification sections that can be edited per email notification. You can check each "Active" email notification and click on the title of the email template before the "edit" button. The attached screenshot will show you one specific example of where to edit the email addresses.
