Email notification not sent when triggered by custom events - URGENT ISSUE

This is on tenant ID 13033...  and this is URGENT

Here's the thing.

We defined custom events, and when these events occur, we defined notifications that send emails... The event are well triggered, and the mails look to be sent (they are shown in the UI), but they are not received...

For example, on account A00001763, we can see this list of custom mails being sent (see attached file)... But none was received. We need to find out why.

If you need to figure out by yourself and trigger a new mail, it's very easy:
* edit subscription A-S00004171
* change the value of the custom field RenewalTriggerInfo2 from the existing value to another value (actual value does not matter much)

Now fixed... but not something that can be answered in community really.
