Dynamic Discounting While Billing

Please clarify if it is possible to have volume based dynamic discount % calculation in Zuora?

Like we have volume based recurring charge model - Can we setup discount % to be picked up based on volume?

Say, a scenario .

Qanitity - 0 - 100 license - 5% discount

            101 - 200 - 10% discount

            201 - 500 - 15% discount

etc
