Displaying invoice adjustment long with invoice item details.

Hi Guys, 

Can anyone help me on this?

I need to display charge detail in the below format. 

Subscription Identifier, Rate Plan Name, Charge Detail, Service Period, Subtotal, Invoie Adjusted Amount, TOTAL

You can manually arrange your fields by moving them around the template using copy/paste as needed.
