Based on the payment logs this is a standard decline message directly from the payment gateway, CardConnect.

 

Please note that Zuora has no control over whether a transaction is approved or declined- we simply act as a pass-through- passing on the payment information to the payment gateway. The response you receive back is directly from the payment gateway, passed through Zuora.

 

With that said, it would be highly recommended to follow up directly with CardConnect customer service to verify the root cause for the declines.
