Currency affecting Conditional Logic (IF field) on invoice template

I'm a customer in Canada using CAD currency.

I tried to do conditional formatting on the Invoice template to show the word ‘CREDIT’ when Invoice.Balance < 0 else ‘INVOICE BALANCE’.

I tried many ways and it does not work. Even if the Invoice Balance is < 0 it always shows ‘INVOICE BALANCE'.

Re: Currency affecting Conditional Logic (IF field) on invoice template

Because you are using CAD currency, the Conditional Logic "IF Statement" will need to be updated to take the currency into consideration.

Here is the IF Statement that would work for an invoice template in USD:

To make this work for an invoice template utilizing currency CAD, update the "0" to "CAD0":

Invoice balances with POSITIVE amounts will display "Invoice Balance"

Whilte NEGATIVE amounts will display "Credit"

Re: Currency affecting Conditional Logic (IF field) on invoice template

Hi,

I'm creating a template and I need to use conditional logic.
I have written this condition

 { IF {MERGEFIELD Usage.TipoVeicolo__c="500" \* MERGEFORMAT} = "Noleggio" "Noleggio + Usage.TipoVeicolo__c + Usage.TargaVeicolo__c" "false" }

but it appears to me that the fields aren't connected, because they don't populate and I don't know way.
I have no idea and I'm desperate because I need it for my work.

Can anyone help me, please?

ps. TipoVeicolo__c is a custom field created on the usage object
