Chase Orbital Test Gateway currently failing to process any requests

As of about 4 PM EDT yesterday afternoon, all transactions sent to our Chase v7 Test Orbital Gateway are getting stuck in Processing. Making payment, voiding payments, any transaction at all is getting stuck in processing by the gateway. We have a slew of automated tests which have worked perfectly for months which are all now failing due to this issue. It is getting quite urgent, as we've a release the automation system is trying to crank out and cannot.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue now?

I opened a "high priority" ticket last night at 22:46 with Zuora Support, so we're pleased it's getting looked at!

 

We've been keenly following the situation since then, to the point of hitting refresh on the status page every few seconds now that Zuora has an official update location for it!   Smiley Happy
