Changing payment gateways, Processing Question

Changing payment gateways, Processing Question

We currently use GATEWAY X for credit card processing in the US and GATEWAY Y for all non-US credit card processing. We are most likely going to be switching to GATEWAY Y for all credit card processing.

In order to ensure that the cash collected is attributed to the correct location (US vs UK) we're opening another merchant account with GATEWAY Y. I just wanted to confirm that this requires a new gateway on Zuora, rather than sending all payments through a single GATEWAY Y.

Re: Changing payment gateways, Processing Question

Yes you are correct. You will want to set up a second GATEWAY Y payment gateway on Zuora.

Your current GATEWAY Y payment gateway will continue to handle your non-US processing, and the new GATEWAY Y payment gateway to take over the US processing.
