I am trying to cancel/remove two Invoice Item Adjustment and I am getting an error message I have never seen before. Can you assist with getting these removed?

The permission that is mentioned in the error message "Cancel Invoice Item Adjustment without Validation" can be enabled by an Administrative user in your tenant.
The reason you are receiving this error message is because your User Name is assigned to a Billing Role that does not have this permission enabled. See example below:
You will need to have a user with Administrator access to enable this permission.
Please note: if you are using Zuora's default Standard or Administrative user role, you cannot edit these roles. You will need to create a new Billing User Role to edit this permission.
