Authorization did not pass the Address Verification Service (AVS) check?

In a specifc scenario, although user  updated payment and address information for the cards we are getting errors like this. 200 -- The authorization request was approved by the issuing bank but declined by CyberSource because it did not pass the Address Verification Service (AVS) check. These are cards that we have billed repeatedly before in our old system.

If you do not want the payment gateway to use the Address Verification System (AVS) in processing the authorization or sale call, please use the portal or user interface provided to you by your gateway (not Zuora) to configure the gateway to turn off AVS checking.
