Feature Request: INTERNATIONALIZATION ISSUE - generate invoice in a sequence based per country during Bill Run

Business Need:
There are business requirements that are looking for the ability to have an independent sequence for each country when generating an invoice on a Bill Run. Currenrtly, When a Bill run is triggered, it happens for all customers spanning different countries. The invoice number is created out of a sequencing procedure during the bill run as some customers considers every country as a different billing entity.
During the audit, the auditors raise questions about the missing invoices in the sequence for that billing entities. Some customer's financial auditing happens billing-entity wise.

Feature Request: Subscription subtotal on invoice PDF
Status: Product Management and Engineering team are currently working on implementing this request

Feature Request: Allow ability to regenerate Invoice PDF via UI & API

Currently, there are a number of JS (20+) files being downloaded from apisandboxstatic.zuora.com (non-prod) and static.zuora.com. Some of these js files are minified but others are not. From the time the iframe request gets made by the client browser and the page renders (including downloading all the JS files etc), it is adding anywhere from 5-7secs of additional response times depending on where the request is being made from geographically (requests from Dublin, Ireland seem to suffer the most in terms of performance). We believe that we can easily increase the performance of the Zuora iframe by simply minifying and compressing all the JS files into one download which would greatly increase response times for the end user. Also, if Zuora is not using a CDN to serve up its static assets, we recommend using a CDN to deliver static content. What we want to find out from Zuora is, is this a change that you guys can do on your end? If so, when can it be made available for us to use?

Summary of the enhancement? Give the ability to set the gateway as part of the Create Account REST call
What is the business problem? MINDBODY has 4 gateways that we currently use. We also have a custom purchase page we wrote that uses the REST API to create new accounts. The REST call does not allow us to set the gateway as part of the call. Because of this, when we turn on server-side credit card validation, new account creation fails immediately for some of our customers because they get assigned to the wrong gateway.
What is the business impact? The purchase page does not work with CC validation turned on.
Is there a workaround or is the customer blocked? If there is a workaround, what is it? Is the customer willing to apply this workaround? The work around is to turn off CC validation. We've done this, but it is not ideal because we were hoping to turn on CC validation.
What is the proposed solution (if available)? Please update your REST API.

In zuora, each email template just supports a few merge fields ( the ones included in the sample template). We need the ability to include any standard field in the email template as a merge field. Sometimes we may want to display some custom information on the object on the email template. Hence it will good to get the ability to use custom fields as merge fields on the email template.

If an account has the same person as the "bill to" and "sold to" contacts, but with different addresses (i.e., shipping and billing addresses are different), neither one is clearly labeled with regard to which one is the "sold to" contact, and which one is the "bill to" contact. You can suss it out by looking at the page source, but a simple label would be very helpful here.

Currently when you click on Customer Accounts under Z-Billing it will pop up a list of all your customers. All statuses shown to the right say active, even though that may not be the case. If you actually click to open an account it may be canceled or disabled. It would be great if the status would reflect the real status of the account so that you don't have to click to open each one.

We see many Customers going to specific weeks cadences and hence need the accounts to be billed on specific weeks - say every 2 weeks or 4 weeks and so on. Currently the only way to go about it is to bill the account every day and that doesn't sit well with customers when say they add a one time charge to a subscription and that just gets billed (whereas they expect it to be picked at the end of the period). And, use cases are to have one time charge effective on a certain date itself and hence we can't defer it off to end of anniversary.

When creating a bill run from a customers account, two tabs load. One for multiple bill runs and one for a single customer. I would like the ability to hide the multiple bill run option so that agents do not make mistakes when working through a list of customers. Sometimes due to loading speed of the web page, the single customer tab is not selected immediately and an agent can accidentally create a bill run that affects the entire customer base. If there could be a permission that hides the tab or makes it so an agent can only create a bill run for a single customer at a time this would reduce the chance for error.

Our subscription cancelation policy is that a customer can cancel anytime and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused time. For example if a user paid $10 for a monthly subscription on Apr 1 and cancelled on Apr 15, then we would end service immediately on Apr 15 and provide a $5 account credit or refund. We are requesting that Zuora support pro-rated refunds so that it is easy to support this business requirement.

Hello All, As per the KC, with Advanced AR setllement, Invoice Payment Object is depracated. Because of which no record flows back to Salesforce as part of Z 360 in Invoice Payment object. I can see Invoices and I can see Payments but no linkage b/w them. Is there any other way to check the association of Invoice and Payment records? Thanks Sumit

Would be useful to have the ability to send a notification that an invoice has been generated without sending a copy of the invoice. At the moment you do not seem to have the ability to remove the attached PDF. We have a self service portal and would like to notify customers to log into the portal to collect their invoice and billing information rather than sending them a copy invoice directly. Many companies such as BT or UPS do this in their systems.

The current functionality allows the options to choose a Specific Batch or All Batches. In an environment where Customer Accounts are segregated into seperate Bill Batches; it would be very useful to be able to select multiple Specific Batches for a given Bill Cycle Date as this would drastically reduce the number of Bill Runs required per day.

Refunds that are coming into NetSuite from Zuora are being set to the wrong account because the connector is not setting the account at all. The account should default based on the Refund (payment) Method selected. This is how it works for payments, but this is not how it works for refunds.

Issue Description:
When secCode is passed as "CCD" using the Zuora iFrame for ACH, Zuora hard-codes the value to "WEB" before sending it to CyberSource Payment Gateway (version 1.97). The secCode should be passed from the iFrame to Zuora to CyberSource as is.
Current Workaround:
The current workaround (recommended to Houzz) was to switch to the older version of Cybersource (version 1.28) that does not support the secCode field in the API. This way, no code will be sent to CyberSource and the ACH validation will not fail.

When creating Payment Method with Type = CreditCardReferenceTransaction, the Zuora API allows the at least the following fields to be passed in on Create() PaymentMethod. -AccountId -CreditCardAddress1 -CreditCardAddress2 -CreditCardCity -CreditCardCountry -CreditCardExpirationMonth -CreditCardExpirationYear -CreditCardHolderName -CreditCardNumber -CreditCardPostalCode -CreditCardSecurityCode -CreditCardType -Email -SecondTokenId -TokenId -Type
