Split callout and email communication profiles
Have 2 communication profiles or a hierarchy. We want different email profiles for different accounts, however we require that callouts are consistent for everyone. Currently this requires coordinating every callout change in multiple profiles.
It would also be create to refactor authentication and endpoint details out of the callouts so that changing a password doesn't ahve to be done in x callouts times x profiles.
