Need drop down boxes to select "Province / County" in all countries

Given the migration toward accurately recording, reporting and paying the correct taxes within each region of the globe with the use and assistance of Avalara, there is a need for accurate "bill to" and "sold to" details for each customer.

It would facilitate this need if there were drop down boxes associated with every country, when selecting "Province" and "County" for customers, instead of them typing in there responses as this allows for spelling errors and / or incorrect detail.

This facility is available for the US and Canada.  Can it be extended to the rest of the globe?  I'm sure that these definitions are already held by Avalara.

As a priority, could you start with UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Europe?
