Give the ability to retry a failed callout notification in Zuora

I would like the ability to retry failed callouts ad hoc

Zuora callouts sometimes fail 5 times in a row, leaving the work undone and no way to restart it.  This may be because a server is down or refusing connections, or a data error prevents the callout from completing successfully, or network traffic makes connecton times slower than Zuora's tolerance.  Add a button to the callout history detail to allow a selected callout to be "re-fired".  Optionally, only display the button next to the callout's final attempt (retry = max retries, up to 5), and only if the attempt failed.  The button should initiate a new cycle of retries if retries are set.

Would be nice to have this feature implemented, right now it requires many manual steps from our side in order to have it processed.
