Feature Request: Allow ability to add text content to all invoices

Business Need: Some customers would like to add a feature where they can add text content (news, events, new product offerings) to all existing invoices in their tenant. Current design is that in Invoice Template, there is a Invoice.Comments merge field, however, this is per invoice based. If customer wants to update all existing invoices, they have to go into every single invoice to do that, which is very time-consuming.
