In a report I'm using this criteria (see screenshot below).
And the resulting data is still including the discount rate plan charge models for discounts. Why?

For that particular discount filtering, change the 'OR' connector to 'AND'.
When you have that set to OR, the report will be looking for "one or the other", but when you set it to AND then the report will filter out both, leaving discounts out of your report.
