Reporting Renewal Rates

We are looking to report on Gross and Net Renewals of our customer in any given period.

 

Is there a way to produce a report that shows all subscriptions in a given period that are 1. Up for Renewal and 2. Have already been renewed with the chance in their MRR? 

Trying to basically show the book of business for Jan-March is $500k to renew. Of that we have renewed $X, we have churned $Y, and $Z are still outstanding. (In some cases we will renew for a higher amount than the initial MRR because customers will buy more seats or upgrade to a higher plan at time of renewal).
