Re: How to Schedule a Report

Scheduling reports is a great to get your team access to data without them asking for it! Think of all the times your boss wants to know how many new subscriptions were created this month. In the past, you may have had to go into Zuora, run the report, and then email them a copy of the results.

Now, you can create the report, schedule it so that it ships out the first of the month, and make sure to add them to your distribution list so they get a copy in their mailbox before they even have to ask.

The process is pretty simple once you've built your report:

  • Find your report
  • Click the down arrow on the green back on the left to expand your options.
  • Click "Schedule"
  • schedule1.png
  • Once you do that, a window will open with scheduling options.
  • In this example, I've chosen to get a CSV file and have it distributed to my boss, my immediate workgroup, and have a copy sent to myself. The report will run once a month and send it out in the AM.
