When exporting reports to Excel, numbers appears with a space as thousand separator i.e. "1 000,00", and Excel is not able to recognize it as a number.
I have tried with both Norwegian and US number format settings in Excel, but Excel can still recognize the imported data. I have also tried the substitute formula to remove spaces, but it does not work.
My only way around is to manually punch all the numbers in a new column, but this is way too time consuming on big reports.
Is there a setting in Zuora to tell it how to export numbers in the Reports screen, or any other workaround in Zuora and/or Excel?

Re: How do I change the number format in reports and exports
Hope, this will help you to reduce your time.
1) by selecting fileds / column where the amount are not readable as numbers -
replace all spaces in between numbers by delete space
then replace all "," with delete space
2) it will convert to number format
after doing this select the specific column and "text to data" by simply clicking next next next finish
