Help Reporting on Product and Rate Plan names

We have a Product called "Discounts" and a Rate Plan called "Credit". I've tried to pull a report out of Data Sources, but can't seem to get it to work. Can you tell me the items to choose to get the report I need?

Re: Help Reporting on Product and Rate Plan names

Yes, you can run a report by either using our Data Source Export OR Reporting feature.

The example below I will be using Reporting, but you can use the same fields and filters in Data Source Exports.

You will want to utilize the Rate Plan Charge data source to run the report which will link the Subscription charges to your Product and Rate Plan.

For your Row Groups:

  • Account: Name
  • Subscription: Name
  • RatePlanCharge: Name

You can add more fields depending on what you want to include in your report.

For your Filters:

  • Product: Name is equal to "Discounts"
  • Product Rate Plan: Name is equal to "Credit"

Below is a screenshot of what your report will look like:

Click on Save Report & Run on the top right. The results will display all customer accounts and related subscriptions that have both Product- Discounts AND Rate Plan- Credit.
