CoHort Analysis for product churn
Customer is looking for a way to figure out what is the churn in case of user choice of products during upgrade or downgrade. scenario is with startup company and VCs are looking for product churn during up/down sale.
As an approach I am looking at customer order and amendments history to create a group of product for each order transition, but I think current data set may not work.
Please let me know in case you came across same requirement or implemented the same?
