Access to Knowledge Center article

When I attempt to print (save a pdf) an article from the Knowledge Center - I am prompted to login (sign into Zuora to access Mind Touch)

 

This is the article:

then I click on the “pdf” icon

and choose “click here to create a book”

and here is where it sends me

 

https://zuora.okta.com/login/login.htm?fromURI=%2Fapp%2Fzuora_mindtouch_2%2Fexk11h7wsvi4ry2jZ1e8%2Fs...

 

Do I need another login?

I have confirmed with our Knowledge Center team that the "Click here to create a book containing this page" option is meant for Zuora internal users using single-sign-on.

 

At this point, please proceed with the first option to download/create PDF. 

 

 

The team will make future updates to make sure the book option is no longer accessible.
