User role Creation error

Problem: Customer is facing the error message when they try to create new User Role

Administration Settings> Manage Roles > Add new role

Error: Sorry, we are having trouble with your request. Please try your request again later.

Solution: The error occurs if any duplicate role name is created in the same sandbox. Creating multiple user roles with the same name or Zuora standard names will create discrepancies in the system when assigning it to the users.
