Unable to reset password and access API Sandbox

When attempting to reset my sandbox password, after I enter the new password, answer the security question, and submit, I am taken to the following error page:

https://apisandbox.zuora.com/apps/ErrorAccess.html

 

"Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found. If you believe you reached this page in error, please email support@zuora.com"

 

This page also shows me logged in as democustomer@zuora.com

 

I have reset my password several times and still receive this error. I have tried both IE 11 and Chrome 57.

 

My Zuora administrator has tried several times but does not know how to fix this problem.

The reason for this behavior is due to the Zuora Platform Role that your username is assigned to.

 

Your username is assigned to a custom Zuora Platform Role: Z-Platform Read Only.

However, this user role does not allow you to have access to the Zuora UI. The checkbox that would allow you this access is not checked:

 

Please have your administrator fix that role to allow 'UI Access'.
