Unable to login into my Zuora account. Getting “Not Found” error.

Question: When I login into my Zuora UI, I get the below "Not Found" error.

This issue happens when we try to login into the Zuora UI with a User which doesn’t have the UI access permission. Most of the time these are the API users. You can verify this by checking the user role and their respective permissions. Refer the below steps.
 
  1. Navigate to Administration Settings -> Manage Users.
  2. Search for the Username for which we were getting the error. i.e stomar@zuora.com
  3. Checked the Zuora Platform Role for the user. It is an API User

4. Navigate to Administration Settings -> Manage User Roles.

5. Select “Platform” from the dropdown list for “View Role List of:” option.

6. Click on the “view” for API user.

7. This role doesn’t have the “UI Access” permission.
 
That is the reason the issue arises while logging into the tenant because the username doesn't have UI access permission. If you want to have UI access, we would recommend contacting your Zuora admin and get your Zuora Platform Role changed to either Administrator or Standard User for this user account.
 
Zuora Support is not authorized to modify the user information on a customer's tenant.
