Not receiving activation email in services environment after refresh

Question: I have created a new admin user (zuorasupport@zuora.com) in Production Copy (Services) environment (URL: https://services123.zuora.com) but the user did not receive the activation email. Why?

Answer: After each service refresh all the email data are scrubbed and email is turned off. Please submit a support ticket and request to enable SMTP server for your services environment.
