[NOTIFICATION] Invoice Delivery Preferences causing notification to not send out.
This can be found on the customer account level under “Billing and Payment Info”
Many customers wonder why only some accounts are not sending their invoices and some are. It is because this option is not checked for some customer accounts.
If you select 'Email' in the 'Invoice Delivery Preferences' field for a customer, the customer can receive an invoice if it is emailed from a bill run or emailed from the invoice details page.
