Internal System Error message when logging in

Has anyone received this message when logging in:

 

Error

We apologize. There has been an internal system error that prevents us from processing your request at this time. If you would like technical support, please email support@zuora.com.

 

Zuora support don't seem to be able to resolve this and I desparately need access.

Hi Sharon,

 

Can you tell us what browser you are using?   Please also provide the version #?  Is this only occuring for your user id?  Any other people in your group having issues logging in?  Can you send us a full screenshot of the error page? Can you also try another browser type to see if you are having the same issue?   Thanks.

I've tried Chrome, Edge and even an Ipad and the same message occurs and I'm the only one impacted.  Someone else has logged on my PC under their details and it worked fine.
